Maintenance of Systems. MCC shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to at all times maintain or cause to be maintained such systems as are reasonably necessary to enable it to timely and fully perform the Management Services, including, without limitation, maintenance of computer hardware and software and appropriate information backup systems, and shall comply with the provisions of Exhibit A hereto with respect thereto.
Maintenance of Systems. The Distributor and the Transfer Agent agree to maintain each said party’s systems used in connection with Creation and Redemption Orders in good repair and to maintain policies, procedures, and technology reasonably designed to protect orders and information submitted by the Participant to the Distributor and/or the Transfer Agent from misappropriation by an unauthorized person and from corruption, destruction, or misuse of said Creation and Redemption Orders and information.
Maintenance of Systems. Each Party shall procure that its relevant systems used in providing the Services, including in the case of the Warehouse the Warehouse Account System, continue to be supported for the Term, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the other Parties.

The Servicer shall maintain systems, procedures and records (including software and back-up system, procedures and records) sufficient to permit daily identification or determination of the Purchased Receivables, Collections thereon, Dilutions and credit losses in respect thereof
Maintenance of Systems. Initial Servicer shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to at all times maintain or cause to be maintained such systems as are reasonably necessary to enable it to timely and fully perform the Management Services, including, without limitation, maintenance of computer hardware and software and appropriate information backup systems, and shall comply with the provisions of Exhibit A hereto with respect thereto.
Maintenance of Systems. NFC will cause the Servicer to maintain its computer systems so that, from and after the time of the sale hereunder, the Servicer’s master computer records (including any back-up archives) that refer to any Contract indicate clearly that such Contract has been sold to NFASC and subsequently sold to WFEFI. Indication of WFEFI’s ownership interest in a Contract shall be deleted from or modified on the Servicer’s computer systems when, and only when, such Contract shall have been paid in full, repurchased by NFC, purchased by the Servicer or the Outstanding Purchased Amount shall have been reduced to zero.
Maintenance of Systems. (a) STG shall, at all times during the Term, maintain accurate and complete inventory and other systems to monitor all matters associated with the Equipment, including its ordering, movement, delivery and sale; and
(b) all systems used by STG in connection with this agreement which are, or use, or include any computer program or circuitry are fully "Year 2000" and leap year compliant, and will at all times:
(i) function accurately and without interruption despite any change in date;
(ii) accommodate and accurately calculate, store, and provide output of, any date information in millennium (i.e. four digits) date values; and
(iii) accurately communicate centuries, leap years and other dates in data exchange with other software, systems or equipment (as applicable).
Maintenance of Systems. The Servicer shall maintain (i) a system of accounting that enables the Servicer to process financial statements in accordance with GAAP, (ii) a database to store and process data and other records pertaining to the Transferred Receivables, and (iii) administrative and operating procedures and all documents, books and records and other information that, in the reasonable determination of the Administrative Agent, are necessary or advisable in accordance with prudent industry practice and custom of transactions of the type contemplated by the Loan Documents.
Maintenance of Systems. The Sub-Tenant will maintain the plumbing, electrical and heating systems located within the demised premises in good repair, and in the event of damage or defect in such systems, the Sub-Tenant will remedy the same and make good the damage forthwith and in the case of failure of the Sub-Tenant to do so immediately, the Sub-Landlord shall have the right to have the the work done and to add the cost thereof to the rent next occurring due and to distrain for and collect the same as and for increased rent.
Maintenance of Systems. Supplier shall be responsible for routine and repair maintenance of the Systems; provided, that any repairs in excess of $50,000.00 in any twelve (12) month period shall be shared one-half by each party.
