MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS. 27.01 The Employer agrees to maintain and keep all chisels in a sharp and workable condition.
27.02 The Employer agrees to supply cutting wheels for the tile- setters cutting machine.
27.03 The Employers agree that mechanics will be compensated for tools and clothes lost by fire or theft from a securely locked shelter or lock-up box, on claims submitted in writ- ing with substantial evidence, within three (3) working days.
27.04 The following equipment is a part of the Employer’s equip- ment and must be furnished by the Employer: mortar boxes, mortar boards, straight edges, tubs, hoes, buckets, polishing rags, steel wool and power tools, power mixing drill must be on every job where bonding materials are to mixed, also bits, plaster bowls and sponges, any tile cutter above sixteen (16) inches, lock-up box or security area all when required.
27.05 The Employer shall be responsible for throwaway clothes for the worker on a daily basis when they are working with epoxy chemicals. The Employer must furnish the jour- neyperson/apprentice installing any epoxy applications with tools to do the job required. The Employer shall pro- vide a boot allowance of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) every six months when work is being done with epoxy chemicals.
27.06 The Employer shall designate adequate tables and seating facilities on all jobsites where six (6) or more Employees are employed by this Agreement for lunch/break time.

19.04 All Mechanics and Apprentices shall have a complete set of tools, including:
20.01 No discrimination shall be shown against any Shop Xxxxxxx for carrying out their duties. It is also agreed that the Union will advise the foreperson of the appointment of a Shop Xxxxxxx. The foreperson will advise the Union before discharging a Shop Xxxxxxx. The Shop Xxxxxxx will be the second last to be laid off. The contractor and the Association will be notified in writing before the Xxxxxxx is recognized.

MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS. In the event that AMS fails to provide support for the maintenance the tools in accordance with guidelines established in accordance with section 3B
MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS. The enterprise maintains the employee's existing hand tools, includ- ing knife blades and knee pads, according to the tools list for floor- layer apprentices, approved by the professional committee.
MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS. (A) All employees at the beginning of their engagement shall have tools in good working condition, subsequent to this, tools shall be maintained in such good condition on the Employer’s time with the Employer’s permission. On notice of lay-off of employees, if employed one week, the Employee will be given one (1) hour to be used for conditioning tools. If saw filers are employed on the site, they shall be members of the Union. All power tools shall be supplied by the Employer and kept in safe operating condition.
MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS. (a) The Contractor agrees to maintain and keep all chisels in sharp and workable condition, satisfactory to the marble setter, so that all the cutting performed by the marble setter shall be left in such a finished condition that its appearance will reflect the skill of the mechanic. The helmet shall be supplied and owned by the Employees.
(b) The Contractor agrees to supply cutting wheels for the tile setters cutting machine.

MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS. The Company will provide an allowance per calendar year, for tools required to perform mechanical duties as follows:
i) Class “A” Mechanic – two hundred and fifty (250) dollars.
ii) Apprentice Mechanic - two hundred and fifty (250) dollars.
iii) Licensed Trailer Mechanic – two hundred and fifty (250) dollars.
