Maintenance Windows. 12.3.23.1 Generally, CenturyLink performs major Switch maintenance activities off- hours, during certain "maintenance windows". Major Switch maintenance activities include Switch conversions, Switch generic upgrades and Switch equipment additions.
12.3.23.2 Generally, the maintenance window is between 10:00 p.m. through 6:00
a. m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday 10:00 p.m. through Monday 6:00 a.m.,
Maintenance Windows. Maintenance windows shall be agreed for periodic, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance work on the systems of Host Europe GmbH and its suppliers, which are necessary to uphold and secure the ongoing operation and to carry out updates or upgrades. Any limitations to the availability through such necessary work shall not be defined as downtimes. As a rule, system maintenance is carried out on weekends between Saturday 12:00 and Sunday 12:00 or at night on any weekday in the time between 23:00 and 09:00 on the following morning. In exceptional cases, system maintenance may be carried out at any other times with due consideration for the lowest possible limitation of ongoing operations. Host Europe GmbH will inform the customer of scheduled system maintenance as early as possible.

Maintenance Windows for both standard maintenance and emergency maintenance. Standard maintenance windows will be published in advance on Formidium’s website, and the Clients will also receive emails. Emergency maintenance will occur as needed, with reasonable efforts made to publish and notify the Client of emergency maintenance. It is possible that advance notification of an emergency window may not occur.
Maintenance Windows. “Maintenance Windows” means collectively, standard maintena nce and emergency maintenance. Standard maintenance windows will be published in advance on Provider’s website at least 72 hours in advance of the start of the standard maintenance window. Emergency maintenance will occur as needed. Provider will make reasonable efforts to publish emergency maintenance windows on the Provider’s website in advance of the emergency maintenance window, but it is possible that advanced notification of an emergency window may not occur.
Maintenance Windows. Ventiv will conduct regular weekly maintenance. The standard maintenance window will be six (6) hours in length. In the event that the required maintenance will require an extension, Ventiv will provide a written notice ten (10) days in advance. Such extension will not exceed fifteen (15) total hours per week and all reasonable efforts will be taken for such extensions not to occur more than once in a five (5) week period.

9.3.23.3 Although Qwest normally does major switch maintenance during the above maintenance window, there will be occasions where this will not be possible.
9.3.23.4 Planned generic upgrades to Qwest switches are included in the ICONN database, available to RESELLER via Qwest's Web site.
Maintenance Windows. BlueVoyant may schedule maintenance outages for BlueVoyant software which enables log collection with 24-hours’ notice to designated Client contacts. SLAs shall not apply during maintenance outages and therefore are not eligible for any SLA credit during these periods.
Maintenance Windows. Routine server and application maintenance and upgrades will occur during scheduled maintenance windows, and some applications, systems or devices may be unavailable or non- responsive during such times.
Maintenance Windows. A. Synacor may reserve one or more windows for weekly application revision/infrastructure maintenance, should the need for such maintenance arise. Typically Synacor conducts maintenance in a 4 hour window from 1:00am to 5:00am Mountain Time every Monday (“Scheduled Maintenance Window”) and will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform such maintenance during times of least impact to Users. However, Synacor may move or add maintenance windows as necessary. In the event maintenance will be needed during the Scheduled Maintenance Window, Synacor will notify the Client no less than 2 business days prior to the window. In the event a maintenance window needs to be moved or added, Synacor will gain written approval from Client of the day and specified window of time for such maintenance prior to conducting such maintenance. If it is determined during the conduct of any maintenance that the maintenance will run over the allotted or agreed window, Client will be notified immediately via e-mail to [*] and via phone call to Technical Support Jeopardy Management at [*] and be asked to provide, at its reasonable discretion, approval for the extension, and receive regular updates until the maintenance is complete. During these maintenance windows and any approved extensions thereof, the System and Services may be unavailable to Client and Client’s Users. Scheduled Maintenance Windows and any approved extensions thereof are not counted against Portal or Email Availability percentages.
