Major Milestones. The following are Major Milestones for the Project:

3. Notice to Proceed for PE and/or R/W 4. Draft Environmental Document
Major Milestones. (a) Each SOW shall identify major events relating to the products or services provided by Acxiom to D&B pursuant to such SOW (“Major Milestones”), if any, and dates by which such Major Milestones are to be achieved. Acxiom shall achieve each Major Milestone by the applicable date set forth in the applicable SOW. Completion of each Major Milestone shall require successful achievement of each interim milestone upon which such Major Milestone depends, which interim milestones are included in such SOW (and Acceptance Criteria for each Major Milestone shall include D&B’s acceptance that such interim milestone(s) have been successfully achieved). A failure by Acxiom to substantially conform to any such Major Milestone in accordance with the preceding sentence, as approved by D&B in writing in accordance with the Project Estimates Process, will entitle D&B, in addition to any other rights set forth in this Agreement or available to D&B in law or at equity for Acxiom’s breach of this Agreement, to exercise the remedies described in such SOW. (b) D&B shall have the right to monitor, test and otherwise observe and participate in the Services as described in the applicable SOW hereunder. Acxiom will promptly notify D&B if any D&B monitoring, testing, participation, or other action has caused (or Acxiom expects it to cause) a problem or delay in the delivery of Services, and work with D&B to prevent or circumvent the problem or delay.
Major Milestones. The milestone schedule presented below provides an approximation of the Project schedule, based on a presumed completion date for the Class Year 2010 study, an approximate completion date of the subsequent execution of an EPC Agreement, and the following assumptions:
1. The Interconnection Customer has obtained all property requirements, including, but not limited to, property rights, permitting, and licensing.
2. Affected Transmission Owner is constructing its SUFs.
3. Interconnection Customer and NYSEG adhere to the schedule in Attachment I.
4. CLASS YEAR 2010 completion date of September 2010 and final acceptance and approvals completed December 2010.
5. EPC Agreement is signed by July 31, 2010. Major Milestones. 1) Within thirty (30) days of the Execution of this Agreement Supplier will provide AT&T a detailed schedule for installation in all selected markets. The Deployment Schedule will be maintained as a separate deliverable which may be revised from time to time as agreed to by both parties.
2) November/October 2019: Supplier will begin shipping Altitude Stations to AT&T for installation in the Controlled Introduction Market, which is the San Francisco/San Xxxx market.
3) October/November 2019 - end August 2020: AT&T will purchase and use its best efforts to deploy and install [******] equipment according to the Deployment Schedule agreed to by the Parties.
4) November 2019 - end September 2020: Supplier will complete the requisite calibration and integration with Supplier's cloud provider of the Altitude Stations installed in the agreed to markets by AT&T. Supplier and AT&T will make all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the delivery schedule of Altitude Stations is adhered to. During the period of the delivery schedule, AT&T and Supplier will meet on at least a semimonthly basis to review projected and actual market installation dates. For any market where installation is more than sixty (60) days behind the agreed upon delivery schedule, AT&T and Supplier will develop a mutually agreeable modified schedule for the installation and associated AT&T payments.
