Major Tenant. A tenant of the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor which leases space in a Mortgaged Property pursuant to a Lease which entitles it to occupy thirty percent (30%) or more of the Net Rentable Area of such Mortgaged Property. Agent may in its discretion aggregate any and all Leases to Affiliates to determine whether such Leases should be treated as a Major Lease.
Major Tenant. A tenant of the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor which leases space in a Pool Property pursuant to a Lease which entitles it to occupy forty percent (40%) or more of the Net Rentable Area of such Pool Property. Agent may in its discretion aggregate any and all Leases to Affiliates to determine whether such tenant should be treated as a Major Tenant.
Major Tenant. A tenant of the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor which leases space in a Mortgaged Property pursuant to a Lease which entitles it to occupy 10,000 square feet or more.
Major Tenant. Food Lion, CVS, Family Dollar and any tenant under a Lease for 2,000 square feet or more of premises within the Real Property.
Major Tenant. Kroger and CVS.
Major Tenant. Any tenant under a Major Lease.
Major Tenant. Bi-Lo and Dollar General and any other tenant under a Lease for 2,500 square feet or more of premises within the Property.
Major Tenant. A tenant that, together with its Affiliates, leases 5,000 square feet or more of gross leasable area pursuant to one or more Leases at any individual Property.
Major Tenant. Giant Food Stores, LLC c/b/a Xxxxxx’x Foods, as to both Real Properties.
Major Tenant. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx; Tetra Pak, Inc.; Skadden, Arps, ------------- Slate, Xxxxxxx; Urban Investment & Development; Federal Home Loan Mortgage; Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx; Barack Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx; Arbor Office Suites; and Xxxx Nuveen & Co., for so long as such entity is a tenant on the Property.
