Make-Up. In the event it is necessary for a unit member to cancel a scheduled class meeting, he/she shall reschedule the class or provide an alternative method of instruction to fully compensate for the instruction missed.
Make-Up. In the event that a Force Majeure Event occurs, the delivery of the affected quantity of coal shall be made up by the Parties during the Contract Year in which such Force Majeure Event occurred, unless not reasonably practicable, in which case the delivery of the affected quantity of coal shall be made-up as soon as practicable in the following Contract Year; provided that coal delivered in the following Contract Year shall be applied first to make-up deliveries affected by a Force Majeure Event. Coal delivered pursuant to this Section 8.4 shall be delivered on a delivery schedule agreed to by the Parties, and the Base Price to be paid by Buyer for coal delivered pursuant to this Section 8.4 shall be the Base Price in effect when the applicable Force Majeure Event occurred.
Make-Up. A Sideline Musician who is directed to and does have body make-up or oil applied to more than fifty percent (50%) of his/her body and/or who is required to and does wear a rubber skullcap and/or who is required to and does wear hair goods affixed with spirit gum (specified as full beards, mutton chops or a combination of goatee and mustache) and/or who, at the time of his employment, is required to and does wear his own natural full-grown xxxxx, as a condition of employment, shall be entitled to additional compensation of $20.00 per day. It is understood and agreed that a Sideline Musician who grows or is directed to grow a xxxxx while employed by the Producer shall not be entitled to such additional compensation therefor.
Make-Up. The Actor is required to provide only ordinary and conventional stage make-up. All other make-up shall be provided by the Theatre.
Make-Up. The Producer shall furnish all make-up except ordinary and conventional make-up. If the Actor is required to use body make-up, the Producer shall furnish freshly laundered towels for the removal of such make-up. Producer shall also provide body make-up remover.

Make-Up. All classified employees who work 196 days or less and who were not required to report for work on a hazardous weather day or emergency school closure day will be required to make up the missed day(s) during or at the end of the school year if an additional work day is scheduled or, if an additional work day is not scheduled, by arrangement with the direct supervisor which may include use of appropriate leave or compensatory time.
Make-Up. In addition to the Affected Party’s obligations under Section 8.2, the Parties may mutually agree to make-up resulting delays or deficiencies due to a Force Majeure Event through an adjustment, as necessary, to the Terminal Services Fee or the Term. Any resulting extension of the Term shall be no greater than the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
