Manager's General Duties. In managing and leasing the Project, the Manager shall manage, operate, staff and maintain the Project in an efficient and reasonably satisfactory manner. Manager's duties shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, the specific duties listed below in this ARTICLE 4.
