Common use of Managing Director Designated Clause in Contracts

Managing Director Designated. 1. The government shall, by no later than fifteen days after the conclusion of this Subconcession Contract, notify the Subconcessionaire whether to permit the candidate specified in Annex 1 of the Administrative Regulations No. 26/2001 submitted by the Subconcessionaire to act as the managing director of the Subconcessionaire. 2. The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 21 are applicable to the act of granting the management power of the Subconcessionaire for the first time to the managing director after the conclusion of this Subconcession Contract.
