Mandatory Insurance. Exhibitors shall carry and maintain during the period of the Expo, including set-up and teardown days, and at his sole cost and expense, personal injury and property damage coverage under a policy of general public liability insurance. The policy must have limits of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, and name AASP/NJ as an additional insured. Exhibitors must furnish a copy of its Certificate of Insurance meeting the above stated requirements to the Meadowlands Exposition Center at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ by February 1, 2020. If a Certificate of Insurance is not provided by the above- mentioned deadline, exhibitor will forfeit its rental payment(s) and not be allowed to exhibit at the Expo. Exhibitor warrants and represents that by signing this Agreement it will comply with the insurance requirements stated in this Paragraph.

Mandatory Insurance. Without prejudice to the Appendix to this Schedule 13, the Borrowers shall procure that the Obligors obtain and maintain the following insurances:
(a) Third party liability insurance against the risks and liabilities and for the amounts referred to in the Appendix hereto;
(b) Physical damage or loss insurance against the risks and liabilities and for the amounts referred to in the Appendix hereto; and
(c) Business interruption insurance against the risks and liabilities and for the amounts referred to in the Appendix hereto, The applicable limits of indemnity, indemnity periods and sums insured shall be as determined by the most recent Risk Assessment Review produced by the Obligors. Such Risk Assessment Review will be updated on a not less than three yearly basis and will address the risks to which the Obligors are potentially exposed over the following three years (the "Review Period") and will cover the following:
(a) the replacement value of assets required to be insured;
(b) the projected gross and net revenues of the Obligors during the Review Period
(c) the range of potential liabilities of the Obligors to third parties and trends in third party awards
(d) the financial impact of various risk scenarios; and
(e) the maximum probable loss to which the Obligors could be exposed during the Review Period.

Mandatory Insurance. Workers’ compensation and all other insurance, if any, of whatsoever description and in such amounts as may be required by any ordinance, law or governmental regulation to be carried or maintained by Trustor or the owner of all or any part of the Property in connection with Trustor’s operation of the same or the use of the same by Trustor or any other person, partnership, corporation or entity, or in connection with the construction, demolition, maintenance or repair of the Property or any part thereof; and
Mandatory Insurance. Workers' compensation and all other insurance required by any ordinance, law or governmental regulation. The policies shall not be cancelled nor shall the coverages thereunder be reduced without at least 30 days' prior notice to each of the partners of Owner and Manager; and, in any event, all parties insured thereunder shall receive notice not less than 15 days prior to the expiration of such policies.
Mandatory Insurance. The Consultant shall maintain the insurance coverage throughout the term of this Agreement, and, upon the City’s request, the Consultant shall provide the City with evidence of such coverage, which may include visual inspection of all policies, copies of declarations page, endorsements signed by an authorized representative of the underwriting company, or certificates of insurance. Insurance coverage shall be provided in such form and coverage amounts as set forth in Exhibit “C” attached hereto.

Mandatory Insurance. The insurance agreement starts to apply on the day following the date on which the application was made to Euro Accident, unless a later date has been stated in the application documents, subject to the precondition that the insurance can be granted, in accordance with the underwriting guidelines applicable at any given time, and that complete application documents have been received. The insurance agreement covers all employees of the policyholder in a defined group, subject to the precondition that they are entitled to join subject to an approved health status review and that they have been notified to Euro Accident upon the entry into force of the insurance agreement. An employed CEO, with or without collective agreement, may be included in the defined group. The policyholder or the insured must certify that the employee is fully capable of working at the time the application is signed. If the sum insured is of such amount that according to the guidelines applicable at any given time it is necessary to have a further health status review or if the insurance is to be reinsured to some extent and if such a health status review or decision of the reinsurance company shows that the insurance can be granted only with premium loadings and/or a exclusion clause, the insurance only applies when a decision concerning premium loadings and a exclusion clause respectively has been notified to the policyholder and accepted by them. For a new employee to join, the insurance applies as of and including the commencement of the employment, subject to the precondition that: – the application was received no earlier than one month before and no later than three months after the commencement of the employment – the insurance, according to the underwriting guidelines applicable at any given time, can be granted subject to an approved health status review – complete application documents have been received by Euro Accident. If the application is received later than three months counted from the commencement of the employment, the insurance applies as of and including the day following the date on which the application was made to Euro Accident subject to the precondition that the insurance, in accordance with the guidelines applicable at any given time, can be granted subject to an approved health status review and also that complete application documents have been received by Euro Accident.
