Mandatory Peer Assistance and Peer Review Program. a. This component of the Program shall provide assistance to permanent unit members who receive a “Does Not Meet District Standards” evaluation. b. Performance goals for a participating unit member shall be in writing, clearly stated, aligned with pupil learning, and consistent with section 44662 of the California Education Code. c. This Program shall not deal with unit members' employment issues which arise from accusations of misconduct which are distinct from unit members' evaluations in relationship to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession and Article XII (Procedures for Evaluation) of this Contractual Agreement.
