Manufacturing Schedule. The Supplier shall provide a manufacturing schedule to the Purchaser through e-mail 30 days after award of the PO. The schedule shall be in a format agreed upon by the Purchaser. E-mail addresses will be supplied in the Supplemental Specifications, but shall include [***]. At a minimum, the manufacturing schedule shall include the following: • Shop order number. • Purchaser’s plant name. • Unit number. • Section or component. • Witness and hold points as required by the Purchaser. The Supplier shall issue an updated manufacturing schedule to the Purchaser when monthly schedule changes are made. The Supplier shall notify the Purchaser of any delays during fabrication and shall have approval before changing fabrication schedule. In addition to the requirements stated above, the Supplier shall provide a current copy of the Supplier’s schedule to the Purchaser’s quality representative at the initial visit to be used to schedule the surveillance activities. This schedule shall include all witness and hold points established in the Supplier’s inspection and test plan (ITP) and any additional preestablished witness and hold points specified in the Purchaser’s procurement documents and/or initial visit.
Manufacturing Schedule. Within ten (10) days of Oread's receipt of a Three Month Forecast from Praecis, Oread shall supply Praecis with a Manufacturing Schedule on a rolling basis for the following twelve (12) months. Such Manufacturing Schedule shall set forth for each of the twelve (12) months covered thereby the proposed start and completion dates of manufacture of the Batch(es) estimated in the most recent Forecasts to be purchased by Praecis during such month, which dates shall be consistent with Oread supplying the quantities of Product on the time frames set forth in the most recent Forecasts and which manufacturing start date for the first such Batch to be purchased during the first such month covered by such Manufacturing Schedule may not be earlier than the tenth (10th) day of such month. The first three months of such Manufacturing Schedule shall be firm and may not be altered without the written consent of Praecis.
Manufacturing Schedule. Section 2.1A of the Agreement shall be amended by inserting in the first sentence immediately following "AAI and USB shall mutually agree upon the annual price," the following: "which shall be no higher than the price in effect under this Agreement on the date of this Amendment; provided however, that AAI shall be entitled to an increase in its annual price for PRODUCT hereunder beginning in calendar year 1997, which increase shall be limited to the percentage increase in the Producer Price Index for Pharmaceuticals prepared by the Labor Department's Bureau of Labor Statistics for the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year for which the price increase applies."
Manufacturing Schedule. UCB will provide Amgen with a proposed Manufacturing schedule for (i) any API covered by Purchase Orders #4, #5, #6 and #7, as soon as practicable after execution of this Agreement (with the Manufacturing schedule for Purchase Orders #6 and #7 based on assumptions as to when the Purchase Order shall be placed), (ii) the supply of API requested for the *** of Amgen's *** estimate within *** of receipt of the estimate and (iii) for any amounts with respect to which Amgen shall have submitted a Purchase Order as set forth in Section 4.4 below within *** of receipt of the Purchase Order. The proposed Manufacturing schedule shall include when the Manufacture will be undertaken and the date by which API will be shipped to Amgen. The parties shall promptly finalize the Manufacturing schedule upon receipt by Amgen. In addition, UCB shall provide to Amgen, on a weekly basis, an updated FOIA CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED*** manufacturing and delivery schedule for API on order. The information in such schedule shall include lot numbers, quantities, peptide weight, manufacturing status, QC status, delivery date and invoice number. UCB agrees to exercise its best efforts to meet the Manufacturing schedule as agreed between the parties.
Manufacturing Schedule. ForeFront shall provide to Hisense on the 26th day of each month a forecast of the number of units of Product it anticipates it will require or request for the following three-month period. The manufacturing process for any Product or Products shall be initiated upon the receipt by Hisense, in any manner (whether by mail, delivery, or facsimile) of a purchase order from ForeFront for one or more Products (as specified on said purchase order) to Hisense. Such purchase orders must be issued on the 12th and 28th day of each month. From and after receipt of such purchase order, Hisense shall commence and complete manufacture of any Product or Products set forth in such purchase order within 15 days of receipt of the same. Hisense shall not be obligated to keep to this schedule if any delay or failure to do so results from fire, embargo, strike or any circumstances beyond Hisense’s control which shall prevent Hisense from completing the manufacturing process within this schedule. Hisense shall promptly provide ForeFront with written notice of any occasion or cause of delay affecting the manufacturing process of Products, the cause or causes of such delay, an estimate of the amount of delay, as well as addressing or proposing any efforts or plans to eliminate such delay.
Manufacturing Schedule. The Parties intend that the Company will begin to manufacture the Committed Products in the sequence as agreed between the Parties and shall use their respective commercial best efforts to ensure that the Company will achieve its production plan as agreed between the Parties.
Manufacturing Schedule. 25.1 The Service Provider shall develop and keep updated on an ongoing basis during the Term a manufacturing schedule which contains details relating to the manufacture and/or assembly of LCHS Assets to be used or provided in connection with the Services, including;:
(A) Bicycles;
(B) Docking Points and Docking Stations; and
(C) Terminals, (the “Manufacturing Schedule”).
25.2 The Service Provider shall submit the Manufacturing Schedule and any updates from time to time for Approval in accordance with Part C (Documentation) of this Schedule.
Manufacturing Schedule. PHARMAPRINT shall provide to AAI, no less than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of each CALENDAR QUARTER, a forecast of PHARMAPRINT's PRODUCT requirements for the four (4) CALENDAR QUARTERS beginning with such CALENDAR QUARTER with the first three-month forecast being binding on the parties as establishing the minimum volume requirements for each PRODUCT. Forecasts shall be updated as provided in Section 2.1.B. herein. Each MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE will be attached as a new Exhibit "C" hereto. The first MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE shall be delivered to AAI no later than July 1, 1998. Production forecasts prior to October 1, 1998 shall be incorporated in the INITIAL MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE attached hereto as Exhibit "E".
Manufacturing Schedule. In advance of placing Product Orders for the Product, NOVARTIS China shall notify CBMG China of the anticipated date of delivery of the Leukapheresis Material and the Parties shall agree to the date that CBMG China must commence Manufacturing of the Product. The Manufacturing schedule at CBMG China shall be fixed during the weekly operational meetings. CBMG China shall support scheduling activities with NOVARTIS China, apheresis site and infusion sites via CCL.
Manufacturing Schedule. Within [***] of Contractor’s receipt of the Rolling Forecast from Allergan, Contractor shall supply Allergan with a Manufacturing Schedule on a rolling basis for the following [***].
