Common use of Marketing Assistance Clause in Contracts

Marketing Assistance. Supplier will provide Distributor with marketing assistance as requested by Distributor at no cost to Distributor, including but not limited to, provision of samples, “sizers” and up-to-date brochures for the Products in languages appropriate to the Territory. Symposia costs from the date hereof shall be the responsibility of the Distributor. Any other promotional materials, promotional assistance and related issues shall be determined by the mutual, written agreement of the parties.
