(i) The Customer is entitled to use in its marketing activities pictures and other marketing material available in the download section of the website offered by Firstbeat. The Customer shall use Firstbeat's trademarks, trade names, or other symbols which are available in the download section only for the purpose of identifying and advertising the Service within the scope of the Agreement. All such use must be in strict compliance with Firstbeat's instructions for use of such material (i.e., as specified in the current brand guidelines);
(ii) The Customer shall neither register nor have registered any trademarks, trade names, or symbols which are similar to those of Firstbeat. The Customer is not allowed to add its own name to any material of Firstbeat without Firstbeat's written permission or terms defined in the download section of Firstbeat's web pages. The Customer's right to use Firstbeat's trade- marks, trade names, symbols or other material shall cease immediately upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement;
(iii) The Customer must either by displaying Firstbeat's logo or otherwise clearly identify in its marketing communication (at minimum service description and Web pages) that it is using the Software when providing services to its customers. The Customer shall follow reasonable instructions provided by Firstbeat from time to time.

The CCCCO will work with Lincoln University of Pennsylvania to develop an internal and external marketing plan to communicate and publicize the Chancellor’s support of this agreement to all CCC campuses. Dissemination may include print media, news releases, email, webinars, and social media distribution channels. The Transfer and Articulation Unit will assist in promoting this opportunity to each CCC and ensure that Transfer Center Directors understand the benefits of the program for students. Professional organizations and initiatives such as the Umoja Community, the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC), and the CCC Transfer Counselor Web Site grantee, will be encouraged to disseminate information about the HBCU MOU agreements.

Marketing Communication. The Partners will jointly develop a "Marketing Masterplan" in order to support and secure their sales targets. This masterplan will determine all activities as well as the respective financing. The Partners agree to include UNION as a Partner in Lufthansa Cargo's Internet web site with a hyperlink to UNION's web site and vice versa. UNION agrees to include presentations of Lufthansa Cargo's products and services in UNION's sales meetings whenever it is appropriate.
