Marketing Costs. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, BioForm shall bear all expenses for marketing and selling Company Product in the Field in the Territory.
Marketing Costs. Acquirer shall bear the costs of printing all marketing collateral required for the purposes of promoting the Program. Planet Payment shall bear the costs of its drafting and design of such collateral materials. The parties may from time to time agree on any joint marketing activities to be undertaken by them to promote the Acquire Program and shall agree on the allocation of the costs of such activities prior to entering into any commitment therefor.

Marketing Costs. Each Party will bear its own respective marketing costs associated with this Agreement and any joint marketing activities thereunder; except to the extent to which both Parties may agree to share certain particular marketing costs on a specific project as will be set forth in a separate writing and authorized by the Parties' respective Presidents.
