MARKING AND STANDARDS. 11.1 Prior to the issuance of patents on the Invention(s), LICENSEE agrees to ▇▇▇▇ and have sublicensees ▇▇▇▇ Licensed products (or their containers or labels) made, sold, or otherwise disposed of by it under the license granted in this Agreement with a proper patent notice as specified under the patent laws of the United States. 11.2 LICENSEE further agrees to maintain satisfactory standards in respect to the nature of the Product manufactured and/or sold by LICENSEE. LICENSEE, agrees that all Product manufactured and/or sold by it shall be of a quality which is appropriate to products of the type here involved. LICENSEE agrees that similar provisions shall be included by sublicenses of all tiers.

MARKING AND STANDARDS. 14.1 Prior to the issuance of any patents within the Patent Rights, CARDIO agrees to ▇▇▇▇ Products (or their containers or labels) made, sold, or otherwise disposed of by it under the license granted in this Agreement with a proper patent notice as specified under the patent laws of the United States. 14.2 If CARDIO elects to make FGF or have FGF made for its use under the terms of this Agreement, CARDIO further agrees to maintain satisfactory standards in respect to the nature of the Product manufactured and/or sold by CARDIO. CARDIO agrees that all Products manufactured and/or sold by it shall be of a quality which is appropriate to products of the type here involved. CARDIO agrees that similar provisions shall be included by sublicenses of all tiers.

MARKING AND STANDARDS. 9.1 Licensee agrees to mark and have its Sublicensees mark any and all Licensed Products (or their containers or labels) that are made, sold, or otherwise disposed of by Licensee or Sublicensees under the License, in accordance with any applicable marking statute; provided, that Licensee does not need to mark Licensed Products (or their containers or labels) if such Licensed Products are used solely for Licensee’s own internal research purposes and/or used for validation studies on Licensee’s behalf. 9.2 Licensee shall act in good faith to maintain satisfactory standards in respect to the nature of the Licensed Product or Licensed Service manufactured and/or sold by Licensee. Licensee shall act in good faith to ensure that all Licensed Products or Licensed Services manufactured and/or sold by it shall be of a quality that is appropriate to products or processes of the type here involved. Licensee agrees that similar provisions shall be included in all Sublicenses.

MARKING AND STANDARDS. 17.1. Licensee agrees to mark the Licensed Products sold or Otherwise Disposed Of in the United States with all applicable United States patent numbers. All Licensed Products shipped to or sold in other countries will be marked in such a manner as to conform to the patent laws and practice of the country of manufacture or sale. 17.2. Licensee further agrees to maintain satisfactory standards in respect to the nature of the Licensed Product manufactured and/or sold by Licensee. Licensee agrees that all Licensed Products manufactured and/or sold by it will be of the quality, which is appropriate to products of the type here involved. Licensee agrees that similar provisions will be included in any Sublicense(s).

LICENSEE agrees that all Products manufactured and/or sold by it shall be of a quality that is appropriate to products of the type here involved. LICENSEE shall use appropriate patent marking on Products with respect to the Licensed Patent.

LICENSEE agrees that all Product manufactured and/or sold by it shall be of a quality which is appropriate to pharmaceutical products. LICENSEE agrees that similar provisions shall be included by sublicenses of all tiers.

MARKING AND STANDARDS. Licensee agrees to mark Products (or their containers or labels) made, sold, or ▇▇▇▇rwise disposed of by it under the license granted in this Agreement with a proper patent notice as specified under the patent laws of the United States and with a notice of the existence of this license and a proper patent notice as specified under the patent laws of (1) the United States; and, (11) to the extent applicable, the country, other than the United States, where the Products are made, sold or otherwise disposed of by Licensee.
