Maryland Law Prevails. This Agreement shall be construed governed by and enforced interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. In the event that any portion of this Agreement conflicts with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard the affected portion of this Agreement shall be subject to its conflict such changes as are necessary to bring it into compliance with the laws, notwithstanding such provisions, the remainder of law rulesthis Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
