Common use of Master Servicer and Sub-Servicers Clause in Contracts

Master Servicer and Sub-Servicers. (a) Acting directly or through one or more Sub-Servicers as provided in Section 8.03, the Master Servicer, as master servicer, shall service and administer the Mortgage Loans in accordance with this Agreement on behalf of the Trustee, the Owners and the Certificate Insurer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices, and shall have full power and authority, acting alone, to do or cause to be done any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration which it may deem necessary or desirable.

Master Servicer and Sub-Servicers. (a) Acting directly or through one or more Sub-Servicers as provided in Section 8.034.03, the Master Servicer, as master servicer, shall service and administer the Mortgage Loans in accordance with this Agreement and on behalf of the Trustee, the Owners Indenture Trustee and the Certificate Note Insurer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices, and shall have full power and authority, acting alone, to do or cause to be done any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration which it may deem necessary or desirable.

Master Servicer and Sub-Servicers. (a) Acting directly or through one or more Sub-Servicers as provided in Section 8.038.3, the Master Servicer, as master servicer, shall service and administer the Mortgage Loans in accordance with this Agreement and on behalf of the Trustee, the Owners Trustee and the Class A-8 and Class A-9 Certificate Insurer in accordance and with Accepted Servicing Practicesreasonable care, and using that degree of skill and attention that the Master exercises with respect to comparable mortgage loans that it services for itself or others, and shall have full power and authority, acting alone, to do or cause to be done any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration which it may deem necessary or desirable.
