Material Reductions. None of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the INT'X.xxx Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or in any way expressed in writing to INT'X.xxx or any Subsidiary an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with INT'X.xxx or any Subsidiary in the future.
Material Reductions. Except as set forth on Section 3.15 of the HT Disclosure Schedule, to HT's knowledge, none of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the HT Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or, to the knowledge of HT, in any way expressed to HT an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with HT in the future.

To Calogic's knowledge, none of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the Calogic Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or, expressed to Calogic an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with Calogic by an amount in excess of $50,000 in the aggregate.

Material Reductions. One hundred percent (100%) of any raw material reduction negotiated by Buyer will be subtracted from the firm fixed prices. The reduced price for each delivery will become effective with the first unit delivered which contains the reduced raw material pricing.

To Diamond's and each of its Subsidiary's ------------------- knowledge, none of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the Diamond Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or in any way expressed to Diamond or any Subsidiary an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with Diamond or any Subsidiary in the future.

To Alacrity's knowledge, none of the parties to ------------------- any of the contracts identified in the Alacrity Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or, to the knowledge of Alacrity, in any way expressed to Alacrity an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with Alacrity in the future.

To the knowledge of Mentorix, except as set forth on Section 3.15 of the Mentorix Disclosure Schedule, none of the parties to any of the Material Contracts have terminated, or in any way expressed to Mentorix an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with Mentorix in the future.

None of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the Adaytum Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or, to the knowledge of Adaytum, in any way expressed to Adaytum an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with Adaytum in the future.
