Materials expenses include the rental of equipment not owned by Contractor. Contractor shall provide a copy of the xxxx of sale or rental receipt for any materials expense for which Contractor seeks reimbursement. District shall reimburse Contractor for consumable supplies at cost plus 10%. Consumable supplies include toilet tissue, seat covers, hand soap, paper towels, and other similar supplies. Contractor will provide itemized documentation for any consumable supplies for which Contractor seeks reimbursement.

Materials Reimbursement. Each certified/licensed personnel covered by this agreement shall receive an annual reimbursement of two hundred eighty-five ($285) dollars for reimbursement of out-of-pocket school supply expenses. Reimbursement shall be by February 28 and June 30 of each year for certified/licensed personnel submitting a request with appropriate receipts/documentation by January 15 and May 15 of each year. A three (3) member committee shall approve all reimbursements, two (2) of whom are appointed by the Alliance and one (1) by the Superintendent.
