Maternity/Adoption/Parental Leave. 1. Maternity, adoption and parental leave without pay shall be granted to an employee: a. as provided for in Part 6 of the Employment Standards Act. b. for a stated period of time so that the return to duty will coincide with the commencement of the following term or semester.
