Maternity Leave Without Pay Entitlement. (a) Subject to the medical licensing requirements for air traffic controllers, an employee who becomes pregnant shall, upon request, be granted maternity leave without pay for a period beginning before, on or after the termination date of pregnancy and ending not later than twenty-six (26) weeks after the termination date of pregnancy.
