Where a Global Registered Note is held in the NSS, the Registrar or the Transfer Agent, as the case may be (and if the Registrar fails to do so, the Transfer Agent), shall instruct the ICSDs to make entries in their records to reflect the cancellation and reduction of the outstanding aggregate nominal amount of such Registered Global Note.
