Maximum number of Advances. (a) No Borrower may deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation more than 10 Advances would be outstanding.
(b) Any Advance made by a single Lender under Clause 6.2 (Unavailability of a currency) shall not be taken into account in this Clause 4.4.
Maximum number of Advances. The maximum number of Advances that may be outstanding at any time under this Agreement shall be six (6).
Maximum number of Advances. (a) A Borrower may not deliver a Utilisation Request if, as a result of the proposed Utilisation, more than 10 Advances (other than Swingline Advances) would be outstanding or, in the case of Swingline Advances if, as a result of the proposed Utilisation, more than 10 Swingline Advances would be outstanding.

Maximum number of Advances. A Borrower may not deliver a Drawdown Notice in relation to an Advance if as a result of the proposed drawdown more than ten Advances would be outstanding.
Maximum number of Advances. More than one Advance may be incurred on any date; provided that at no time shall there be outstanding more than) five (5) Advances of LIBOR Loans under this Agreement.
Maximum number of Advances. The Borrowers shall not issue more than 6 Requests for Advance in each calendar month.
Maximum number of Advances. Under facility A no more than 10 Advances altogether may be outstanding.
Maximum number of Advances. The Borrower may not deliver a Drawdown Notice if as a result of the proposed Drawdown:
2.7.1 more than twelve (12) Advances relating to Facility A would be outstanding; or
2.7.2 more than twelve (12) Advances relating to Facility B would be outstanding.
Maximum number of Advances. 4.3.1 The Company may request only one Advance under Facility A.
4.3.2 The Company may not request that the Advance be divided.
Maximum number of Advances. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no Advance will be made if it would result in more than 4 Advances being outstanding.
