Maximum Price. The maximum price for the work authorization shall not exceed the maximum price payable negotiated in the work authorization.
Maximum Price. During the performance period of this Agreement, the maximum price for the same or similar items and/or services shall not exceed the lowest price at which Contractor then offers the items and/or services to its most favored customer.
Maximum Price. The Maximum Price for Registry Services subject to this Paragraph 7.3 shall be as follows:
(i) from the Effective Date through 31 December 2006, US$6.00;
(ii) for each calendar year beginning with 1 January 2007, the smaller of the preceding year's Maximum Price or the highest price charged during the preceding year, multiplied by 1.07; provided, however, that such increases shall only be permitted in four years of any six year term of the Agreement. In any year, however, where a price increase does not occur, Registry Operator shall be entitled to increase the Maximum Price by an amount sufficient to cover any additional incremental costs incurred during the term of the Agreement due to the imposition of any new Consensus Policy or documented extraordinary expense resulting from an attack or threat of attack on the Security or Stability of the DNS, not to exceed the smaller of the preceding year's Maximum Price or the highest price charged during the preceding year, multiplied by 1.07.

Maximum Price. The Maximum Price for Registry Services subject to this Section 7.3 shall be as follows:
(i) Subject to increase pursuant to Section 7.3(d)(ii) and Section 7.3(d)(iii), the Maximum Price for Registry Services shall be US $10.26;
(ii) Registry Operator is entitled to increase the Maximum Price by the smaller of (A) the Maximum Price for the preceding Pricing Year (as defined in Section 7.3(d)(iii) below), multiplied by 1.07, or (B) the highest price charged by Registry Operator for Registry Services during the preceding Pricing Year, multiplied by 1.07, and in the case of (A) or (B), in each Pricing Year of the final four Pricing Years of every six year period, with the first six year period beginning on October 26, 2018; and
(iii) Registry Operator is entitled to increase the Maximum Price by an amount sufficient to cover any additional incremental costs incurred, or to be incurred, by Registry Operator due to the imposition of any new Consensus Policy or documented extraordinary expense resulting from an attack or threat of attack on the Security or Stability of the DNS (“Consensus Policy or Documented Extraordinary Expense”) in each Pricing Year by an amount not to exceed the smaller of (A) the Maximum Price for the preceding Pricing Year, multiplied by 1.07, or (B) the highest price charged by Registry Operator for Registry Services during the preceding Pricing Year, multiplied by 1.07, provided that, Registry Operator may only increase the Maximum Price for a Consensus Policy or Documented Extraordinary Expense pursuant to this Section 7.3(d)(iii) in a Pricing Year where Registry Operator has not, and will not, increase the Maximum Price for Registry Services pursuant to Section 7.3(d)(ii) above. For purposes of Section 7.3, “Pricing Year” shall mean the period from October 26 to October 25.
Maximum Price. During the performance period of this Agreement, the maximum price for the items and/or services shall not exceed the lowest price at which Grantee then offers the items and/or services to its most favored customer.
Maximum Price. The Maximum Price for Registry Services subject to this Section 7.3 shall be as follows:
(i) Subject to increase pursuant to Section 7.3(d)(ii) and Section 7.3(d)(iii), the Maximum Price for Registry Services shall be US $10.26;
(ii) Registry Operator is entitled to increase the Maximum Price by the smaller of (A) the Maximum Price for the preceding Pricing Year (as defined in Section 7.3(d)(iii) below), multiplied by 1.07, or
Maximum Price. (a) Subject to clause 4.4, the prices specified in Table A are the maximum prices (Maximum Prices) the Company may charge Access Seekers for the Specified Services. The Maximum Prices do not prevent the Company from offering Access Seekers:
(i) prices for the Specified Services which are less than the Maximum Prices; or
(ii) alternative pricing structures so long as the Company has obtained CFH’s prior written approval to such alternative pricing structures (such as IRU pricing).
(b) Unless expressly agreed in writing by CFH, the Company must not charge Access Seekers a connection fee for the connection of End Users to the Network.
Maximum Price. A As full consideration for performance of the Services, Owner will pay Consultant based on the hourly rates described in Exhibit B, up to a maximum amount payable under this Contract of $__________ (“Maximum Price”). Consultant will not be entitled to compensation in excess of such amount for any Additional Services performed on the Project without the prior written directive or approval of such Additional Services by Owner. Consultant will not perform any Additional Services on the Project for which the Consultant will seek compensation in excess of the Maximum Price without notifying Owner in writing in advance that Consultant considers the same to be Additional Services and stating the additional compensation Consultant intends to seek for such Additional Services. Owner may direct Consultant to perform particular services which both parties agree are additional services but as to which there is no agreement regarding the amount of additional compensation to be paid for the additional services, in which case Consultant will proceed to perform the services and the compensation paid for the additional services will be determined either by a future agreement of the parties or in accordance with Section 14
Maximum Price. AP shall deliver promptly to DNC all notices, documents, agreements and other information in AP's possession or control, necessary or desirable to determine whether a Change of Control or a Disposition has taken or shall take place within twelve (12) months of notification by AP or DNC of the exercise of the DNC Put Option or the AP Call Option and the Maximum Price in connection therewith.
