Maximum Reimbursement. An individual employee’s maximum eligibility for reimbursement for the use of public transportation in commuting to and from work is equal to half (50%) of the employee’s actual documented costs, not to exceed seventy-five ($75) dollars in reimbursement per month. Each employee receiving transportation reimbursement shall be responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from that reimbursement.
