Maximum Revolving Advances Sample Clauses
The Maximum Revolving Advances clause sets a cap on the total amount of funds that a borrower can draw under a revolving credit facility at any given time. In practice, this means that even if the borrower repays part of the outstanding balance, they cannot borrow more than the specified maximum limit, regardless of the number of advances or repayments made. This clause is essential for lenders as it controls their exposure to credit risk and ensures that the borrower's access to funds remains within agreed-upon boundaries.
