Common use of Meal Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Meal Accommodations. 2.5.1. The SFA is required, based on Federal law and USDA regulations, to make reasonable modifications to accommodate children with disabilities. Modifications would include providing special meals, at no extra charge, to children with a disability when the disability restricts the child’s diet.
