Common use of Meal Money Clause in Contracts

Meal Money. Any employee who is required to work overtime for more than two hours on any day, without being notified on the previous day or earlier of the requirement to work overtime, will be supplied with a meal by the Company or be paid $8.40 meal money.

Meal Money. Any An employee who is required to work overtime overtime, at the conclusion of a shift, for more than two 1.5 hours on any day, without being notified on the previous day or earlier of that the requirement employee will be so required to work overtimework, will be supplied with a paid $10.35 meal by the Company or money.
