Common use of Meal Periods Clause in Contracts

Meal Periods. An employee shall be entitled to a meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes, and not more than sixty (60) minutes. The time of such meal period shall be scheduled by the appropriate administrator and shall be at or near the middle of the workday.
