Common use of Measurement Disputes Clause in Contracts

Measurement Disputes. If the Parties dispute the measurement, analyses or testing procedures or results thereof concerning any of Seller’s Gas, the Parties shall endeavor in good faith to resolve the dispute by informal negotiations including one or more face-to-face meetings between representatives of the Parties having the authority to settle such disputes. If the Parties have not resolved the dispute between themselves within thirty (30) Days of the first face-to-face meeting, the dispute shall be referred to an Expert pursuant to Article 17. Such disputes may include any discrepancy between the measurements set forth in the statements delivered to Buyer pursuant to Clause 13.1
