Measuring Calls as Local Calls. In order to measure whether traffic comes within the definition of Local Calls for purposes of calculating termination compensation, the Parties agree as follows: 7.4.1 For Telco, the origination point of a call shall be the End Office Switch that serves the calling party at the beginning of the call. 7.4.2 For Carrier, the termination point of a call shall be Carrier's Paging Terminal, which serves the called party at the beginning of the call.
