MECHANICS LIEN INFORMATION. Within seven (7) days after receiving the Contractor’s written request, the Owner shall provide the Contractor with the information necessary to give notice of or enforce mechanics lien rights and where applicable stop notices. This information shall include the Owner’s interest in the real property on which the Project is located and the record legal title.
