Common use of Mediation and Arbitration Costs Clause in Contracts

Mediation and Arbitration Costs. The Party initiating the mediation and arbitration will be responsible for paying the initial filing fees with JAMS. The fees of the arbitrator and costs of the mediation and arbitration (except the initial filing fee) shall be borne equally by the Parties. Each Party shall pay for its own costs and attorneys’ fees, if any.
