Medical and Testing Records. All member medical records in regard to the physical examination shall be considered the property of the individual affected employee. The City may receive a report from the physician regarding the results of the examination. Testing records shall be maintained by the exercise physiologist and may be made available to the affected member, the City, or the Lodge.
