Medical Assistance. Each College shall promulgate procedures to be followed in the event of a medical emergency involving an employee of the College while on the College premises.

Medical Assistance. 1. Medical assistance is guaranteed to EUROGENDFOR Personnel and their family members under the same conditions as it is provided to personnel of the same rank or equivalent category of the Host State or the Receiving State.
2. Medical care shall be provided in accordance with the terms agreed by the appropriate authorities of the Parties.
Medical Assistance. As soon as the Assistance Company is notified about a medical emergency resulting from the Covered Person’s accident or illness, the Assistance Company will contact the medical facility or location where the Covered Person is placed and confer with the physician at that location of the Covered Person to determine the best course of action to be taken. If possible and if deemed appropriate by the Assistance Company, the Covered Person’s Physician will be contacted to in order to have a better knowledge of the medical conditions of the Covered Person, the Assistance Company will then analyze the situation and recommend the most appropriate way of providing the assistance benefits, as well as arranging hospital admission of the Covered Person where, in discretion, of The Assistance Company is appropriate.
Medical Assistance. If needed, the Receiving Party will provide emergency medical and dental care without reimbursement for the Personnel of the Sending Party while on its territory for the purpose of the implementation of this Agreement.
Medical Assistance. The services of the ship’s doctor are not included in the travel contract. The Passenger must conclude a separate contract with the ship’s doctor for any medical treatment received. Hapag-Xxxxx will, however, pay the cost of the treatment of injury resulting from any accident directly caused by Hapag-Xxxxx or its employees that occurs on board or during a shore excursion operated by Hapag-Xxxxx. In all other cases, the doctor will charge for his services in accordance with the current fee scale for the German medical profession (GOÄ).
Medical Assistance. 3.2.1 Parties agree that all employees who are members of GEMS on the Sapphire option, who are currently on salary levels 1 to 5 and receiving free medical assistance, will continue to receive free medical assistance at retirement, with effect from 1 April 2011. Only employees, on salary levels 1 to 5, who retire on the Sapphire option, will continue to receive free medical assistance.
3.2.2 The parties agree to the alignment of the pre and post-retirement medical assistance for all employees who are members of GEMS with effect from 1 April 2011.
