Medical Bills. If an Employee is billed directly for uncontested Workers' Compensation medical care, he/she shall immediately forward the bill to the Workers' Compensation Section of the Department of Administrative Services or such other office as the Employer may designate for the administration of such matters. The creditor shall be advised to submit such bills to that office. If a collection action is instituted against the Employee for an uncontested Workers' Compensation related medical bill, the Employee shall advise the Workers' Compensation Section or other such office as the Employer may designate; that office will contact the collection agent to advise him of the State's responsibility for payment.
Medical Bills. It is understood and agreed that the Settlement Class Members remain solely responsible for all sums presently owed or that in the future may be owed to any and all hospitals, doctors, psychologist, counselor, or other health care or mental health care provider for services rendered in connection with any injuries allegedly sustained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Litigation.
