Common use of Medical Exam Clause in Contracts

Medical Exam. When there is cause for concern, the District reserves the right to request a medical examination or a medical report on any teacher. If such examination is requested, the District will pay the difference between the cost of such examination or report and the amount provided by the employee’s health insurance coverage.
