Meet and Confer Meetings. Subd. 1. Local 3904 and the school district may be represented by up to and including four (4) representatives at each meet and confer meeting.

Meet and Confer Meetings. The School Board or its representative(s) shall meet with representatives of the exclusive representative at least once a month during the regular school year if desired by the exclusive representative. The time for these meetings shall be set by mutual agreement. Meetings and discussions may concern any matter related to the employment of teachers, not included under PELRA which either side desires to discuss. Minutes of the meet and confer meetings or any suggested policies resulting from these discussions shall be transmitted to the School Board.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Negotiations Meetings Negotiations meetings between said bargaining committees shall be private and scheduled for mutually satisfactory times and place(s). Both parties may utilize the services of consultants during the negotiation process. Only bargaining committee members, consultants, and other individuals mutually agreed to between the bargaining committees shall be present in the negotiating sessions.
