Meeting Arrangements. The Board will meet a minimum of two times per year. Development Sessions will be arranged as required. The Chair of the Board may call an emergency/extraordinary meeting at any time and will endeavour to give two weeks’ notice to Board members, although such notice may not always be possible, and a meeting may need to be called sooner.
