Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

The presentation will begin five (5) minutes prior to muster and will not exceed ten (10) minutes in length. The Shift Commander reserves the right to terminate the presentation in order to complete the muster in a timely fashion. The Employer will make its offices and facilities available to the Union to hold meetings at mutually agreeable times with authorization of the Appointing Authority or designee.
Meeting Space and Facilities. The Union may be permitted to use an Employer meeting room to hold a meeting based on availability of the space and with prior written authorization of the agency.
