Mental Health Services Prohibited. 1.6.3.1. The Contractor shall not utilize state funds to purchase mental health related services for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are Medicaid eligible and who also have a Medicaid covered mental health diagnosis. 1.6.3.2. The Contractor shall seek provision of, or payment for, mental health services for those individuals through the Medicaid funded mental health system or other local sources of funding.
