Merchant Statement Clause Samples
A Merchant Statement clause outlines the requirement for the merchant to provide regular statements detailing all transactions processed through their account. Typically, this clause specifies the frequency and format of these statements, such as monthly electronic reports listing sales, refunds, chargebacks, and associated fees. Its core function is to ensure transparency and accurate record-keeping between the merchant and the payment processor, helping both parties reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Merchant Statement. At least once each month, Bank shall provide a statement (the “Merchant Statement”) to Merchant. All information appearing on the Merchant Statement shall be deemed accurate and affirmed by Merchant unless Merchant objects by written notice specifying the particular item in dispute within 30 days of the date of the Merchant Statement.
Merchant Statement. Settlor shall make available a Merchant Statement or similar information on no less than a monthly basis. All information appearing on the Merchant Statement shall be deemed accurate and affirmed by Merchant unless Merchant objects by written notice specifying the particular item in dispute within 30 days of the date of the Merchant Statement. Delivery of the Merchant Statement may be in written or electronic form.
Merchant Statement. Helcim shall make available a statement ("Merchant Statement") or similar information on no less than a monthly basis. All information appearing on the Merchant Statement shall be deemed accurate and affirmed by you unless you object by written notice specifying the particular item in dispute within thirty (30) days after the date the Merchant Statement became available to you. The Merchant Statement shall be provided to you through the Helcim Dashboard.

MAS shall not have any responsibility or liability for Transaction-related errors or omissions that are brought to its attention after the stated thirty-day period.

All information appearing on the Merchant Statement shall be deemed accurate and affirmed by Merchant unless Merchant objects by written notice specifying the particular item in dispute within 30 days of the date of the Merchant Statement.
Merchant Statement. At least once per month, PAYSTRAX, or the ISO under PAYSTRAX’s direction, shall provide the Merchant with a Merchant Statement. All information appearing on the Merchant Statement shall be deemed accurate and affirmed by the Merchant unless the Merchant objects by written notice specifying the particular item in dispute within 30 (thirty) days of the date stated on the Merchant Statement.
