Merger and Modification. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No understandings, agreements or representations, oral or written, not specified within this Contract will be valid provisions of this Contact. This Contract may not be modified, supplemented or amended, in any manner, except by written agreement signed by all necessary parties.
Merger and Modification. This Agreement and its attachments constitute the entire Agreement between the parties. All prior discussions and understandings between the parties are superseded by this Agreement. Unless otherwise noted herein, this Agreement shall not be altered, modified, or amended except by a written agreement signed by both parties hereto.
Merger and Modification a) It is understood and agreed that the entire Agreement between the parties is contained here and that this Agreement supersedes all oral agreements and negotiations between the parties relating to the subject matter. All items referred to in this Agreement are incorporated or attached and are deemed to be part of this Agreement.
b) Any material alterations, variations, modifications, or waivers of provisions of this Agreement shall be valid only when they have been reduced to writing as an amendment and signed by the parties.

All prior offers, acceptances, oral representations, agreements and writings between the parties are merged herein and shall be of no force or effect unless contained in this Contract. Neither this Contract nor any provision hereof may be altered, amended, modified, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but such may be accomplished only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom it is sought to be enforced.

This Lease contains the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and supersedes and terminates all prior lease agreements and understandings between the Parties with respect to such subject matter effective the date the term of this Lease begins. This Lease shall not be modified or amended, except that the same be in writing and signed by the District and the Tenant hereto after the officers of the District are authorized to do so by their Board of Directors.
Merger and Modification. This Contract is intended to be the complete, exclusive and fully integrated statement of the parties’ agreement regarding the Services or Goods. As such, it is the sole repository of the parties’ agreement, and they are not bound by any other agreements, promises or representations of whatsoever kind or nature. The parties also intend that this complete, exclusive and fully integrated statement of their agreement may not be supplemented or explained (interpreted) by any evidence of trade usage or course of dealing. This Contract may not be modified except by a writing signed by the parties.
