Metering Equipment. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Contractor shall provide, install, own, operate and maintain the Metering Device(s). Contractor shall maintain and test the Metering Device(s) in accordance with Applicable Legal Requirements and the Common Technical Specifications set forth in Exhibit D.
