Method of Taking Leave. (a) Either 28 consecutive days, or two separate periods of not less than seven consecutive days in all cases exclusive of any public holidays will be given and taken within six months from the date when the right to annual leave accrued. The employer and employee will seek to reach agreement on the taking of annual leave at a mutually convenient time(s). If not taken within six months from the date it accrued, either the employer or employee may give at least four weeks' notice of the dates when all, or part of the accrued leave will be taken.
