  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.2 In particular, the Coordinator shall be responsible for: - monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations - keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available - collecting, reviewing to verify consistency and submitting reports, other deliverables (including financial statements and related certifications) and specific requested documents to the Funding Authority - transmitting documents and information connected with the Project to any other Parties concerned - administering the financial contribution of the Funding Authority and fulfilling the financial tasks described in Section 7.3 - providing, upon request, the Parties with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Parties to present claims. If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

Should the employer seek to establish a middle school program in one or more schools in a district, the employer and the local shall meet, no later than ten (10) working days from a decision of the employer to implement a middle school program, in order to negotiate any alternate or additional provisions to the Collective Agreement which are necessary to accommodate the intended middle school program. 3. In the absence of any other agreement with respect to the instructional day and preparation time, the provisions of the Collective Agreement with regard to secondary schools shall apply to middle schools. 4. If the employer and the local are unable to agree on what, if any, alternate or additional provisions of the collective agreement are necessary to accommodate the intended middle school program(s), either party may refer the matter(s) in dispute to expedited arbitration for final and binding resolution pursuant to Article D.5.5 below. a. The jurisdiction of the arbitrator shall be limited to the determination of alternate or additional provisions necessary to accommodate the intended middle school program(s). b. In the event the arbitration is not concluded prior to the implementation of the middle school program, the arbitrator will have remedial authority to make appropriate retroactive modifications and adjustments to the agreement. c. The arbitration shall convene within thirty (30) working days of referral to arbitration in accordance with the following: i. Within ten (10) working days of the matter being referred to arbitration, the parties shall identify all issues in dispute; ii. Within a further five (5) working days, there shall be a complete disclosure of particulars and documents; iii. Within a further five (5) working days, the parties shall exchange initial written submissions; iv. The hearing shall commence within a further ten (10) working days; and v. The arbitrator shall render a final and binding decision within fifteen (15) working days of the arbitration concluding. 6. Where a middle school program has been established on or prior to ratification of the 2006-2011 Provincial Collective Agreement, the existing provisions shall be retained unless the parties mutually agree that they should be amended.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
