Military Leave Without Pay. A Registered Nurse shall be entitled to military leave of absence without pay for service in the uniformed services of the United States or the state, and to reinstatement as provided in chapter 73.16

No adjustments shall be made to the seniority date, leave accrual rate, periodic increment date and anniversary date while an employee is on military leave.
