Minimum Advertised Price. Xxxxxx has a unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”) that applies to all authorized resellers of Products located in the United States of America as well as in all other countries where Products are sold, except where such policy is in contravention with local laws, e.g. the EU. Pattern may set the retail prices for the Products in the Territory; provided however, that except where prohibited by local laws and regulations, no Product may be advertised online at a retail price less than the Minimum Advertised Price then in effect for that Product in a particular market.
Minimum Advertised Price. (MAP) Policy This MAP policy applies to all Fresh And Alive products. This MAP policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual customer within the reseller’s retail location or over the phone. Fresh And Alive resellers are free to sell MAP products at any price they choose, but advertising below the MAP price is prohibited. Advertising includes the display or mention of prices on web pages, literature, signage, television, radio, online or other publicly available media. Our minimum advertised price for Fresh And Alive products is 90% of the Suggested Retail Price (SRP), or a 10% discount off of SRP. MAP and SRP prices will be listed on the Fresh And Alive wholesale account web site or available to the distributor by request. Resellers may offer products on promotion at a lower advertised dis- count only with written permission from Fresh And Alive. The MAP policy may be adjusted by Fresh And Alive at its sole discretion. This MAP policy does not in any way limit the ability of any distributor to advertise ge- neric phrases such as that they “have the lowest prices” or “will meet or beat any competitor’s prices,” or simi- lar phrases so long as the price advertised or listed is not below the MAP. To protect our resellers from unfair competition and to maintain the brand’s image, Fresh And Alive will regularly review all reseller commerce sites and conduct automated web searches to ensure consistent adherence to this policy. In cases of violation of this MAP policy, resellers will be notified and allowed 24 hours to bring all advertising into compliance. Fail- ure to comply immediately will result in discontinued shipments and possible account termination. Fresh And Alive reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution xxxxxx- xxxx are incompatible with those of Fresh And Alive.
Minimum Advertised Price. Reseller acknowledges receipt of Barco’s Minimum Advertised Pricing policy (hereinafter, the “MAP”) as it applies to the advertising of Barco products. Any modifications or updates to the MAP shall be provided to Reseller as they become available. Barco will inform reseller of any non-conformance issue. Any non-conformance of the policy shall result in Barco halting of any Connect benefits that Reseller may be entitled to until such time that non-conformance has been corrected.
Minimum Advertised Price. Reseller will not advertise any price below the advertised price offered by Roccstar Wireless. Roccstar Wireless reserves the right to change prices at any time and for any reason. In such event, Roccstar Wireless will provide to Reseller an updated pricing sheet with an applicable revision date (such revision date not to be effective less than 30 days after written notice is sent to Reseller). All new Contracts after such revision date are to be based upon the revised pricing. If the modified fees set forth on a revised Schedule 1 are not acceptable to Reseller, then Reseller may elect to terminate this Agreement.
Minimum Advertised Price. The Company has been building a brand of strong recognition and a high perceived value since 2014 with its Products. By not adhering to the established Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) a Customer can have a dramatic effect of diminishing or detracting from the perceived value of the Company’s brands and its Product. The Internet, with its worldwide impact, has the possibility to cause great harm to any companies’ products, if they are advertised at prices that will eliminate any legitimate retail competition. The Company’s MAP pricing policy is intended for consumers to purchase from other resellers based on loyalty and customer care expectations. Therefore, if the Company accepts Orders from the Customer, the Customer agrees and accepts to abide by the following requirements and restrictions.
Minimum Advertised Price. The current listing of products and applicable MAP prices are published on Chums’s website on the Price List page. The products and MAP may be changed from time to time in Chums’s sole discretion. Chums resellers are responsible for remaining current with MAP policy, products and pricing. Chums products not specifically identified in this policy are not subject to the MAP policy. Each advertisement below the MAP will constitute a violation of this MAP policy. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of specific Chums products in and all media including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio and public signage. Where Chums products are bundled with or sold as part of a package that includes other products (whether or not manufactured by Chums), it shall be a violation of this MAP Policy to sell or advertise the bundle (or package) at a price that: (a) is lower than the total Minimum Advertised Price of the Chums product or (b) violates the letter or spirit of the MAP Policy. It shall be a violation of this MAP Policy if products are bundled with or sold as part of a package that includes products not pre-approved by Chums.
Minimum Advertised Price. Licensor shall establish a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) for all Licensed Products. The MAP may be adjusted by Licensor upon fifteen (15) days’ notice to Licensee. Licensee will not cause or permit Licensed Products to be advertised at a price below MAP. The MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the Licensed Products are actually sold or offered for sale to an End User, which remains in the discretion of the Licensee and/or Customer.
Minimum Advertised Price. 10.1 While this Agreement is in effect, the Reseller must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) policy of the Vision X. MAP is defined as the price that is charged for a product to a retail buyer (typically, the consumer or end user of the product) by a reseller and is exclusive of a shipping rate. All retail and online advertised prices of Products shall adhere to MAP Pricing, except where prohibited by law. MAP pricing is set at the published “Jobber” rate, as described in Vision X’s pricing sheet, furnished separate to this agreement, unless approved by Vision X in writing.
Minimum Advertised Price. 16.1. Dealer understands and acknowledges that Company has adopted a policy of requiring a minimum advertised price (“MAP”) for its Products in order to ensure that Product margins result in sufficient resources being available to Dealer to enable Dealer to provide the pre-sale and post-sale services to the end consumer of the Products, to support the Products as a premium offering, and to preserve the value of Dealer’s rights in the Assigned Distribution Territory. Dealer must not advertise prices for Products or publish any Listing (as defined in Section 18.1.1), in any medium whatsoever, that are below MAP as set out in this Section 16.
Minimum Advertised Price. A Reseller may not advertise the price of Rumina Naturals products at a discount.
