Minimum Charges. Charges payable by the customer for the subscription to the Services for the minimum subscription period selected.
Minimum Charges. The Minimum Charges related to the Services shall be billed in advance for Services to be provided to the customer, the whole in accordance with the Specifications. Subject to the provisions of subsection 3.5, the charges payable for the provision of Services for a portion of a period shall be pro-rated to the number of days of availability of Services to the customer in proportion to the total number of days included in such period. Advance payment on a basis other than monthly is merely a method of payment and does not grant the customer any advantage whatsoever or protection against any rate increase applicable to any portion of the period for which the customer’s last payment was received. However, this subsection 3.4 does not apply to the charges, rates and terms of payment applicable during certain promotion periods.
Minimum Charges. Where, in Sunwater's reasonable opinion, the Minimum Charge (if any) will apply for the Service Charges in any Water Year, Sunwater may render an invoice for the Minimum Charge in advance with any adjustment to be made in the last invoice for the relevant Water Year.

Minimum Charges. It is understood that the above minimum amounts are for minimal cleaning and damages. Repairs requiring extensive work or replacement will be required or replaced at Xxxx Properties or contractor specified rates depending on who performs the work. 2.3.2 Minimum charge of 1 hour for remote services work,
2.3.3 Billed in minimum 30minute increments after minimum charge. 2.4 Weekend, Public Holiday or out of hours.
2.4.1 Professional Services performed on a weekend, public holiday or out of hours will be charged at double rates. Out of hours is deemed to be between the hours of 5pm to 8am Central Standard Time and applies for work that is worked during this time.

Minimum Charges. Unless agreed otherwise in writing between You and Us prior to the commencement of the Services, the following minimum charges apply:
11.7.1 if two removalists perform the services, 2 hours of the hourly rate and any applicable travel charges; and
11.7.2 if 3 or more removalists perform the Services, 1.5 hours of the hourly rate(s) and any applicable travel charges. All Jobs are booked with 3 removalists but receiving 3 removalists on the day of Your move is subject to availability.
Minimum Charges. 12.1 If total amounts incurred by Idearc for Services rendered in any month are less than the Minimum Monthly Charge per Verizon Billing Region per month as set forth in Attachment E, even if no Billing Records are submitted to Verizon, Verizon shall xxxx and Idearc shall pay such Minimum Monthly Charge amounts. Such Minimum Monthly Charge amounts shall be due and owing regardless of whether Idearc admits insolvency, makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, is unable to pay debts as they mature, or has a trustee or receiver appointed over all or a substantial portion of its assets. A separate Minimum Monthly Charge applies for each Verizon Billing Region as set forth in Attachment E.
