Minimum Disability Benefit. The Adopting Employer may set a minimum Disability Benefit. No less than (check one): 20% 10% % (if other than 20% or 10% insert percentage amount) of the Participant's average monthly Earnings for the 12 calendar month period (excluding any period of unpaid leave of absence) immediately preceding his Termination of Employment as a result of a Disability. (Unless otherwise specified in an Addendum to the Adoption Agreement, no minimum will apply to elected or appointed members of the Governing Authority or Municipal Legal Officers.)
